Tignes restaurant awarded Michelin star in 2019

The 2019 Michelin Guide has been released and has awarded the Ursus restaurant and chef Clément Bouvier with a Michelin Star.

Formally La Table en Montagne, the downsized Ursus in the Les Suites hotel now offers 12 tables and 45 seats for a more unique and exclusive feel. 390 real fir trees have been brought in to complete the feel, with a foliage canvas ceiling and woodland style trails running between the tables. It is a truly unique dining experience.

Other restaurants to receive mentions were Le Panoramic, and La Table de Jeanne. Meanwhile over in neighbouring Val d'Isere, La Table de l'Ours and chef Axel Guillem gained a new one star rating in the prestigious guide.
