Tignes Snow Report: 27th December 2013

Great fresh snow under clear skies in Val & Tignes

Thanks to Andreas from Alpine Experience in Val d'Isere for these pics and video of the conditions in the Espace Killy at the moment.

Conditions today were great. Although there were signs of the instability in the snow pack. Ironically because we haven't had too much snow in the last dump the off-piste skiing was better. The fact that the new layer wasn't too deep meant that there were areas where the avalanche risk was reduced and there were some great turns to be had.
