About Summer Lift Pass Options in Tignes
You can enjoy summer skiing on the Grand Motte glacier at 3600m as well as hiking and mountain biking on the slopes above Tignes Val Claret and Le Lac. There's also a large central activities park and lots of water-based activities on the lake at Tignes Le Lac.
There are two main types of Tignes summer lift passes:
- Summer Skiing / Glacier pass - Access to the pistes, snow park and cross-country skiing on the Grande Motte glacier
- My Tignes OPEN pass - Access to the bike park, the lifts as a pedestrian as well as two activities per day including tennis, archery, kayaking, squash, indoor climbing, mini golf, team sports, gym, pedalos, swimming pool, trampoline, water jump, hot jumping, stand-up paddle boarding, crazy airbag, mountain bike airbag, spa, table tennis, catamaran, badminton, golf simulator and sailing. Available for 1, 3 and 6 days
Passes can be bought or collected at the Maison de Tignes at Le Lac or at the lift office in Val Claret. If you're staying with an accommodation provider (hotel, rental agency, tourist residence, club or holiday centre) ask them for the My Tignes OPEN card for free for every stay of at least one night (make sure your accommodation offers the card before booking). If your accommodation doesn't provide the pass, you can also purchase it at the Maisons de Tignes in Le Lac and Val Claret or the Plage des Sports. All summer passes need to be collected in resort and cannot be bought online.
