Tignes Snow Report: 20th October 2011
Overnight snowfall in Tignes
Many of us in the Alps woke up to views of white mountains this morning; this picture was taken in Tignes earlier today.
This is the second time we have seen snow this month. The weekend of 7th-9th saw relatively low snow fall. And the first fall was the weekend of 18th & 19th September.
The latest fall is great news for Tignes, where the glacier opened for business earlier this month.
