1. Heli-Skiing

Alpamayo are a group of high mountain guides based in Chamonix all year round as well as in Val d'Isere and Tignes in the winter.

Alpamayo offer guides for off piste adventure, ice climbing and heli-skiing tours in the winter months. And in the summer months the guide glacier hikes, mountaineering and climbing courses, ascents of Mont Blanc and other high mountains in Switzerland and Italy.

The bureau of Mountain Guides Montchavin les Coches can tailor each activity to suit you and your group, from canyoning, hiking, and high mountain adventures.

In summer you can go hiking, mountaineering, canyoning, climbing and try via feratta. And in winter there is snow shoeing, ski touring, winter mountaineering and ice climbing.

They cover the whole of the Tarentaise but also lead guided tours to other popular mountain destinations such as Chamonix and Mont Blanc, Zermett and the Gran Paradiso in Italy.

3. Tignespace -Sport & Conference Centre

The Tignespace sports centre is a huge complex with an indoor climbing wall, tennis courts, an athletics zone, a weights room and even space for indoor pole vaulting.

Dedicated to both team and individual sports they have a handball court, three volleyball courts, a basketball court, a roller hockey rink and two trampolines. As for racket sports you'll also find four badminton courts and two tennis courts. The additional sports rooms host activities such as judo, yoga, dance, and even fencing! There are facilities for conferences and exhibitions too. There are many music concerts held here throughout the year, along with cultural and local events.

The most innovative sports and conference centre in the Alps:
