Le Lagon Sports Centre

Watersports complex in Tignes with swimming pool, gym and fitness suite, and a wellness centre.

The Lagon is located on the edge of Tignes le Lac and is open in the summer and winter. The swimming area includes a fun pool, sports pool and a paddling pool for toddlers. They also host several different pool-based fitness classes, including aqua gym, aqua abdo, aqua jogging and sports such as water polo.

Two other rooms within the complex are the fitness room and weights room. In the weights room you will find rowing machines, exercise bikes, weights presses, dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, exercise benches, medicine balls and treadmills. The fitness room is used for cardio training and they run several classes throughout the week such as step, circuit training, body sculpt and spinning.

And once you have used up all your energy it's time to relax and enjoy the wellness centre. With saunas, a hammam, jacuzzi and showers you will be able to stimulate, relax and invigorate yourself!
