When the best freeriders in the world came to Tignes
The Freeride World Tour stop in Tignes will finally get underway today. The competition, which has been delayed several times due to bad weather and too much snow, will take place today on the Grand Balme face in Tignes starting at 9am.
Organisers have moved from the North face of the Pramecou after heavy snowfalls and bad weather made the Grand Balme a better option. Mountain guides have confirmed that the stability of the snow pack and the over all conditions are safe for the competition and the athletes are confident about the day ahead.
