50 People Evacuated from an Apartment Fire in Tignes Val Claret
50 people evacuated after a forgotten pot on the stove caught fire
Around midday yesterday a fire was reported in the Almes II apartment building in Val Claret.
An unattended pot on the stove in a British couple's apartment caught fire, and 50 people had to be evacuated by the fire brigade.
Thankfully no-one was harmed and after the building was aired of fumes, the residents were able to return.
