Italian cuisine at the famous La Folie Douce mountain après-ski hotspot
Located at the top of the Daille bubble, within the celebrated La Folie Douce hotspot, enjoy gourmet Italian cuisine prepared by a renowned chef and his Italian team.
The restaurant name is two Italian words combined, La Cucina (food in Italian) and Cucù (crazy in Italian). Representing both craziness and Italian cuisine, it's the perfect name for La Folie Douce!
The menu includes traditional dishes with a modern twist, such as:
- Carpaccio di Sicilia: a gamberoni (shrimp) carpaccio with coral juice and black garlic
- Pollo alla diavola: a superb spatchcock chicken dish, served with creamy polenta mosto cotto (cooked grape must) and grapes
- Profiterole di Cucùcina: vanilla cream, a salted caramel centre and hot chocolate coulis.
The restaurant decor is inspired by the works of Italian Renaissance artists and pays particular hommage to Leonardo DeVinci. It's the perfect setting to enjoy your delicious Italian meal.
The restaurant is open for lunch every day from 12:30 to 16:30.
