Opening of the Tignes Bike Park
This week I'm at the Aeroski Telecabine in Le Lac, one of the main links, along with the Palafour chairlift and the Grande Motte Funiculair, to the Tignes Bike Park.
You can see behind me one of the toughest downhill courses Tignes has to offer decending from the Toviere to Le Lac itself. We are looking forward to the opening of the Bike Park this Saturday and for some good weather to enjoy it in.

There is a constant barrage of live music après-ski throughout the winter, as well as the much anticipated Live in Tignes festival each April. In the summer, the resort plays home to some major trail running events, such as the High Trail Vanoise in July and the Tignes Trail in August.
