Located at the top of the La Daille bubble, it is a great choice for lunch for skiers and pedestrians alike! Their wholesome menu includes regional favourites made with local produce and lovingly prepared in the knowing ways of yesteryear. Think generous servings of salad, pizza, quiche, grilled meat, pasta and homemade desserts, as well as daily specials (including a soup and a 'plat du jour').

La Petite Cuisine's magical mix of ancient and modern is reflected in the wall décor made by celebrated artist Tarek Benaoum, which has transformed the traditional wood cabin interior into a contemporary, cosy space. The informal seating and style, the no-concession ampleness of the servings and service (often by the chefs themselves!), are as tasteful and tasty as the dishes and their ingredients.

La Petite Cuisine is open daily from 12:00 to 17:00.

This is not the only restaurant available at La Folie Douce. Just next door, La Fruitière serves contemporary cuisine made by Chef Franck Mischler. At The Butcher Shop, on the sun terrace, you can enjoy a quick but tasty lunch; choose from burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, paninis, crepes, waffles and a lot more from 12:00 (take away available). For a mid-afternoon break, try Les Trois Caves, their very own wine bar serving delicious local cheeses and cigars.

After lunch, enjoy La Folie Douce's famous parties. Every day from 13:00, the best performers, dancers, musicians and DJs gather on the terrace of this clubbing hotspot for a cabaret show and, from 15:00, La Folie Douce turns into a club for the ultimate après-ski experience.

In the old days, “Fruitière” described a dairy co-operative, mainly producing cheese. This contemporary restaurant has been largely inspired by this traditional mountain way of life both in its menu and décor.

Ice-cool design and a fireside warm welcome go hand in hand here. Their menu features local and regional produce ingeniously brought to the table by head Chef Franck Mischler and his team. Some of the highlights on offer include homemade duck foie gras, special Monsieur Yves Papin's oysters, classic 100% beef steak tartar, roasted leg of lamb or the traditional Fruitière tiramisu. They also serve daily 'plat du jour' and roast specials, as well as a selection of vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is open daily from midday to 15:30.

Alongside this generous and gourmet kitchen, they have an impressive cigar, cheese and wine cave, called "Les Trois Caves", where the best cheeses from the Savoie area rub shoulders with classic vintages and new wines selected by their head sommelier. Open from midday to 15:00, seven days a week.

Motivated after their travels in New Zealand and Australia, owners Flavie and Alexis opened their Creperie in Tignes, bringing international influences to the traditional crepe.

Healthy and well-sourced products are at the heart of the menu. The crepes are made with bio flour and free range eggs and the toppings include fresh local Savoie products. The lunchtime and dinner menus are extensive - pick from their lists of classic galettes, or build-your-own. If you fancy somehting a bit different, burgers wraps and salads are also on offer. And finish off with a classic sweet crepe or ice cream to finish. There is a reduced menu during the afternoon hours.

Open every day from 12:00 - 18:00 for lunch and afternoon snacking, and form 19:00 to 21:00 for dinner. A small but popular restaurant, reservations are strongly recommended during the holiday periods.

Its large, sunny terrace is one of the biggest draws, setting the scene for lively après-ski sessions with some of the best live bands in the Alps. Food is served all day, making it easy to stop by for lunch, a post-ski bite, or something later in the evening. With excellent happy hours, regular drinks deals, and a reputation as one of the resort’s top party spots, The Loop Bar is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience Tignes at its most lively.

Niurou offers a modern menu, using local and seasonal products sourced from local suppliers, to ensure their guests are served with best quality meats and slow-cooked side dishes. Tuck into a classic ribeye steak or a cote de boeuf sharing steak, add a peppercorn or Roquefort sauce, a side of chips, Beaufort Mac & Cheese, Southern style greens, or garlic mushrooms and wash it all down with a good bottle of wine from their extensive and reasonably-priced wine list.

The restaurant is a real treat for meat-eaters, but vegan and vegetarian dishes are also available and they are happy to cater to a range of dietary needs. Children's options are available including their kids steak and chips and Mac & Cheese.

The restaurant has a traditional and relaxed atmosphere and is a great restaurant for a special occasion with friends and family during your stay in Tignes.

Open daily from 08.30 to midnight, serving a varied menu of Savoyard specialities, soups, salads, savoury and sweet crepes and great burgers and fries.

With a feeling of retro cool throughout, if you take a table inside you may find yourself seated on one of the old chairlifts that line the back wall, or snuggled into the fur throws that adorn the dining chairs. You can warm your toes at the fire in bad weather or soak up the rays on the terrace when the sun is out.

Great music, great food, a big screen for those key sporting events and a take out menu if you're in a rush.

More Parisian bistro than Alpine refuge, the menu steers clear of the usual tartiflette and fondue. Dishes of lamb, trout, duck, king prawns, etc are beautifully presented and served with an excellent choice of wines.

Open daily for dinner from 19:00.

Serving a selection of gourmet tapas for lunch, sit on their sun-soaked terrace and taste delicacies like Grilled small potatoes with browned butter and capers, or Yakitori beef, pickled cabbage, flakes of homemade wonton, sesame/chilli mayo and grilled lime.

The restaurant is open during the summer and winter from 12:00 to 16:00, and is situated close to the Rond Point, near the Aeroski lift.

Despite its name, there is a whole lot more to this quirky little bar/restaurant than just pig products! There is a real gastronomic feast to choose from on the menu, such as grilled oysters or razor clams and camembert and red current tartlet to start, followed by Aberdeen Angus flank steak or duck burger, both served with fois gras, grilled halibut and even a vegetarian haggis. Of course, if you do want to go the whole "hog" (get it??) you can start with a serving of pigs tails slow roasted in cider and finish up with filet, cheek and belly of pork with a black pudding cream.

There are various promos on throughout the week, such as "Moules Monday" - where you can have a starter and a choice of mussels for main with a glass of wine for just a bargain price. Other meal deals include oysters and wine, or charcuterie and wine combos, and at the weekend, bag yourself a juicy duck burger and a pint or how about a pulled pork burger at reduced prices in the bar during Happy Hour?

Located right in the heart of Le Lavachet, just opposite the bus stop, a visit to this bar/restaurant has to be on your list whilst here in Tignes.
