Take a break and recharge with a coffee and a quick bite.

The coffee break is an integral part of any ski or snowboard holiday giving you a chance to recharge tired legs,soak up the scenery, relax with friends and, of course, reflect on glories from previous runs. It's also a great place to sit and watch the world go by on a non-mountain day.

This café is a great place to grab a coffee, catch up with friends and have a light bite to eat at an extremely reasonable price.

With the menu offering simple meals such as omelettes, burgers, salads and sandwiches, it's a popular place during lunchtime as it's only a short walk from the pistes.

With more reasonable prices it's a hit with locals and tourists alike.

Open daily 8:30 until 17:00.

Cafe Flo, Tignes interior

Café Flo

A small café in Tignes where you can grab a bite to eat, have breakfast, or enjoy a drink. Plus the have live TV and WiFi.

They serve French and English breakfast, bread, cakes and pastries, as well as hot drinks and coffee specialities, paninis, foccacias, and quiches, smoothies and milkshakes.

Open every day during the season, 07:30 to 19:30.

La Cantine in Tignes Le Lavachet is a popular spot with a wide menu serving many grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, cakes and coffee for something a little different. The menu includes eight different burgers from classic beef to chicken, halloumi and veggie options. If you’re craving a good burger, this is a great place to try.

Grilled cheese ticks so many boxes - it's hot and tasty, it's quick, it's portable and it even cures a hangover! What's not to like?

Inspired by the global street food revolution of recent years, this restaurant has firmly put grilled cheese on the Tignes map for nearly ten years. Serving hearty breakfasts, great value lunches, homemade cakes and delicious coffees and craft ales, their grilled cheese specialities combine classic flavour combos with some modern twists to keep your taste buds tantalised.

For tea lovers, the café also serves Yorkshire tea so you can look forward to a proper brew after a day on the mountain, or if you're after something a bit stronger they have craft beers available and even Prosecco by the bottle!

Eat in or take away, it will be a challenge to resist going here more than once.

Upcoming Events

Tignes hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. There is a constant barrage of live music après-ski throughout the winter, as well as the much anticipated Live in Tignes festival each April. In the summer, the resort plays home to some major trail running events, such as the High Trail Vanoise in July and the Tignes Trail in August.
