If you're looking for lift pass prices see our Lift Pass Prices guide, or the Ski Pass Prices guide if you're visiting in the winter. For an explanation of the different summer lift passes available, read on.
You can enjoy summer skiing on the Grand Motte glacier at 3600m as well as hiking and mountain biking on the slopes above Tignes Val Claret and Le Lac. There's also a large central activities park and lots of water-based activities on the lake at Tignes Le Lac. There are two main types of Tignes summer lift passes:
- Summer Skiing / Glacier pass - Access to the pistes, snow park and cross-country skiing on the Grande Motte glacier
- My Tignes Card - Unlimited access to the bike park and the pedestrian lifts, as well as a variety of fun resort activities each day including tennis, archery, kayaking, squash, indoor climbing, mini golf, team sports, gym, pedalos, swimming pool, trampoline, water jump, hot jumping, stand-up paddle boarding and more. (The number of activities included depends on the duration of your card).
Passes can be bought or collected at the Maison de Tignes at Le Lac or at the lift office in Val Claret. If you're staying with an accommodation provider (hotel, rental agency, tourist residence, club or holiday centre) ask them for the My Tignes card for free for every stay of at least one night (make sure your accommodation offers the card before booking). If your accommodation doesn't provide the pass, you can also purchase it at the Maisons de Tignes in Le Lac and Val Claret or the Plage des Sports. All summer passes need to be collected in resort and cannot be bought online.
Find out the opening dates and times for the Tignes summer lifts and check Live Lift status.
