Refuge de Plaisance (2170m), Tignes region
The refuge is open and guarded from mid-June to mid-September
Le Refuge de Plaisance is situated in the Vanoise National Park.
It consists of two adjoining chalets in a beautiful green valley. The left one contains the communal eating area and kitchen, whilst the other is a dormitory with 38 beds. The toilets are a little bit away from the buildings, but perfectly accessible (do not forget your head torch).
You will find you with blankets, pillows but for hygiene and comfort reasons please bring a liner or sheet.
There are numerous booking options that include bed only, bed and breakfast, half-board, picnic lunch, etc. Bivouacking is allowed for a small fee.
